Bandipur National Park

Bandipur National Park is a beautiful wildlife santuary situated on the Ooty-Mysore road. It is one of the 27 Project Tiger reserves.
From Bangalore we took a Volvo till Mysore. As our luck would have it, the only movie that the driver had was in their local language. So the whole way we had Kannad dialogues and songs stinging our ears. From Mysore we took a local bus to Bandipur. When we reached Bandipur it was night.
Next morning the first thing we did was to go for a jungle safari.
The clear blue skies...

We had a mini-bus in which we toured the jungle for over an hour. No signs if his highness Mr. Tiger but we managed to capture a few animals..
